Your order within Germany is free of charge. 

International shipping: If you would like your order delivered outside of Germany, shipping costs €5.90.

We usually ship orders every business day (Monday to Friday). Depending on the order volume, our warehouse will hand over your package to our shipping service provider DHL within 1-2 working days.

You can always exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods! You can return unused items in their original packaging to us within 30 days.

The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods of €4.90. 

We always try to examine all of our products carefully so that you can enjoy our products. However, every now and then there are small defects that we missed.

In such a case, please contact us by email support@livlig53.com with photos of the affected product so that we can replace the goods as quickly as possible.

We guarantee that our designer garden hoses will function in the sense that the product will not burst. The guarantee does not cover operational wear and tear such as slight color changes. The guarantee is granted to the end user on the condition that the damage does not occur longer than 5 years from the date of purchase. Damage of any kind due to improper use or external influences is excluded from the guarantee. Liability includes the free replacement of the product that can be proven to be due to production errors and for which we are at fault. Any further claims than the stated right to replacement delivery, in particular claims for damages, are not justified by this guarantee. The guarantee declaration is valid in EU countries.
