Your order within Germany is free of shipping costs. 

International shipping: If you want your order delivered outside of Germany, shipping costs 5.90 €.

Usually, we ship orders on every working day (Monday to Friday). Depending on the order volume, our warehouse hands over your package to our shipping service DHL within 1-2 working days.

All our packages are insured and can be tracked! You will receive this link by email after shipping.

You can always exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the goods! Unused items in original packaging can be returned to us within 30 days.

Please note that items must be returned as original packaging as possible, clean and unused. Please use the following return link to register your return!
The immediate costs of returning the goods of €6.90 are borne by the buyer. 

We always try to examine all our products closely so that you can enjoy our products. However, there are occasionally small defects that have escaped our notice.

Please contact us by email in such a case support@livlig.com with photos of the affected product so that we can exchange the goods as quickly as possible.
