Your order within Germany ships free of charge. 

International shipping: If you want your order delivered outside of Germany, shipping costs 5.90 €.

We usually ship orders on every working day (Monday to Friday). Depending on the order volume, our warehouse hands over your package to our shipping service provider DHL within 1-2 working days.

All our packages are insured and can be tracked! You will receive this link by email after shipping.

You can always exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods! Unused items in their original packaging can be returned to us within 30 days.

Please note that items must be returned as close to their original packaging as possible, clean, and unused. Please use the following return link to register your return!
The immediate costs of returning the goods of €6.90 are borne by the buyer.

We always try to examine all our products closely so that you can enjoy them. However, occasionally there are small defects that we have overlooked.

Please contact us by email in such a case at support@livlig.com with photos of the affected product so that we can replace the item as quickly as possible.
