Shipping and Delivery
Our shipping to Germany is free from 50€ (otherwise 4.90 €) and climate-friendly thanks to DHL GoGreen.
Shipping to Austria, France, Italy, Spain, or the Netherlands is free from 150€ (otherwise 5.90 €).
Shipping to Switzerland costs 5.90 CHF.
Return:
Returns cost 6.90 € and can be registered via the returns portal.
Our average delivery time within Germany is 2-3 working days and to selected countries of the European Union 3-5 working days.
You will receive a tracking link by e-mail as soon as our warehouse begins to pack your parcel.
All our parcels are insured and can be tracked! You will receive this link by e-mail after dispatch.

Return & Refund
You can always exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods! Unused items in their original packaging can be returned to us within 30 days.
Please note that items must be returned as close to their original packaging as possible, clean and unused. Please use the following return link to register your return!
The immediate costs of returning the goods amounting to €6.90 are borne by the buyer.
After your return has arrived with us, we will check what you have sent back. Please allow us up to 7 working days to confirm your return.
Your return will always be credited according to the payment method you chose when placing the order.
We always try to examine all our products closely so that you can enjoy them. However, there are occasionally small defects that have escaped our notice.
Please contact us by email in such a case at support@livlig.com with photos of the affected product, so that we can replace the goods as quickly as possible.
Order
Write us an email as soon as possible with your change or cancellation to support@livlig.com. This is no longer possible after shipping.
Were you sent the wrong item instead of the one you ordered? Or did you receive an extra item that you did not order at all?
Please contact us by email (support@livlig.com). Provide us with your order number and the wrong item. We will gladly take care of it.

No, your goods will arrive to you with customs duties already paid. No additional costs will be incurred after the purchase.
