International Shipping: If you would like your order delivered outside of Germany, the shipping cost is €5.90.

You can always exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods! Unused items in their original packaging can be returned to us within 30 days.

The direct costs of returning the goods of €4.90 are borne by the buyer.

We guarantee the functionality of our design garden hoses in terms of the product not bursting. The warranty does not cover wear and tear due to operational conditions, such as slight color changes. The warranty is granted to the end user on the condition that the damage occurs no later than 5 years from the date of purchase. Damages of any kind due to improper use or external influences are excluded from the warranty. The liability includes the free replacement of the product that can be proven to be due to manufacturing defects for which we are at fault. Further claims beyond the stated right to replacement delivery, particularly claims for damages, are not established by this warranty. The warranty declaration is valid in EU countries.
