Enamel is created by covering a prefabricated steel core with a glass coating, followed by a firing process that fuses both materials into an inseparable unit.

In this way, enamel perfectly combines the positive properties of steel and glass. The inner iron core is extremely robust, light, and proves to be an ideal conductor and storage of heat and cold. The non-porous glass coating envelops the core, enables effortless cleaning and preserves aromas perfectly >and gives the entire product an attractive look.

To ensure that the enamel dishes remain beautiful for a particularly long time, we recommend washing the products by hand:

1. To do this, use dishwashing liquid and a soft sponge
2. Dry thoroughly to prevent flash rust in open areas and limescale stains
3. Remove and prevent rust film: Clean affected areas and occasionally grease them with cooking oil
   

Even if the enamel coating is damaged, the dishes can still be used without any problems. The exposed steel oxidizes naturally and gives your bowl a unique character. However, we advise against direct contact with food.

Due to its longevity and resistance, enamel is virtually impossible to destroy. Even if the coating is damaged, the products can still be used without any concerns. If you decide that you no longer want to use the dishes, you can efficiently recycle them in the scrap metal.

The paper product packaging is easy to dispose of in waste paper and can also be recycled.
