Enamel is created by coating a prefabricated steel core with a glass coating, followed by a firing process that fuses both materials into an inseparable unit.

In this way, enamel perfectly combines the positive properties of steel and glass. The inner iron core is extremely robust, lightweight, and proves to be an ideal conductor and storage medium for heat and cold. The non-porous glass coating envelops the core, allowing for effortless cleaning, perfectly preserving flavors, and giving the entire product an appealing appearance.

• Avoid impact and sharp edges
• Metallic or sharp objects can scratch the surface
• Storing acidic foods can dull the coating
• Sudden temperature changes can cause the coating to crack

To keep the enamelware looking beautiful for a long time, we recommend washing the products by hand:

1. Use dish soap and a soft sponge
2. Dry thoroughly to prevent surface rust on exposed areas and lime spots
3. Remove and prevent surface rust: clean affected areas and occasionally re-oil with cooking oil
   

Even if the enamel coating is damaged, the dish can still be used without any problems. The exposed steel will naturally oxidize and give your bowl a unique character. However, we advise against direct contact with food in this case.

Due to its durability and resilience, enamel can practically not be destroyed. Even if the coating is damaged, the products can be used without concern. However, if you decide that you no longer want to use the dishes, you can efficiently recycle them as scrap metal.

The product packaging made of paper is easy to dispose of in waste paper and can also be recycled.
