Each of our buckets is made by hand in Europe. To begin, the buckets are carefully shaped, assembled and thoroughly cleaned. They are then immersed in a zinc bath that is heated to over 450°C. A robust zinc coating forms on the surface, which protects against corrosion and rusting. Finally, a powder coating is applied, which is cured in the oven to ensure an even coating. This powder coating provides additional protection against corrosion, UV radiation and mechanical wear.

As a rule, you can use your ash bucket for years because steel is a particularly robust and durable material. But when the time comes, we ask you to take the bucket to the nearest metal recycling center and dispose of it properly.

The paper product packaging must be disposed of as waste paper and can also be recycled.
